Hi! Im Erin, and Iām passionate about helping individuals connect to their inner joy through the practice of yoga. My classes are anchored by heart-based themes, and I strive to help students build body awareness, through thoughtful alignment and breath focused flows.
As a mum of two, I understand that the stress of everday life can feel all-consuming at times, without breaks to connect to the part of ourselves that is beyond just being Mummy, or Daddy, wife, husband, or partner. I feel whole-heartedly, that we all need a practice to keep us grounded, help us manage our stressful lives with grace, and show up for our loved ones, as the best versions of ourselves.
I found yoga in 2008, which started me down my highest path. At the time I was working in a job that I hated, felt un-fulfilled, and lost. Yoga ignited in me a desire to learn, grow, and rediscover the joy within myself. And ultimately, share this transformative practice with others.
I trained as an Anusara yoga teacher in 2013, in Bali. Then went on to receive my advanced Anusara teaching certificate in 2015, with world renowned teacher Bridget Woods-Kramer in London. I have been teaching group classes, workshops, courses, and retreats since then.
My classes are suitable for all those looking to support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
