It’s not until time starts to creep-up on us, and we begin to realise we have the lost the ability to do these things.
In my online studio we focus on keeping our joints moving through their full ranges of motion, developing strength in the ranges we are weakest, challenging ourselves in new creative ways, and making our longevity a priority.
