Foundational Yoga
Interested in starting a yoga practice, but not sure if it’s right for you?
In this weekly class you will:
Learn the foundational yoga posture from which you will build body awareness, strength, flexibility, and improve upon ranges of motion.
Learn yogic breathing, to calm the body and mind.
Begin the journey to understanding your body’s unique alignment, and be guided through a practice to suit your individual make-up.
Build body confidence and knowledge with each week.
